Visa-free Entry to Ukraine: Full List of Countries
Planning a trip to Kyiv? Before booking your tour, make sure you know the entry rules for Ukraine. Below you will find the full and up-to-date list of countries whose citizens can enter Ukraine without a visa — whether on a regular passport, a diplomatic one, or other travel documents.

Bilateral Visa-free Agreements
The following countries have a bilateral visa-free movement agreement with Ukraine. Entry conditions depend on the type of passport held:
- Argentina — all types of passports
- Albania — diplomatic and service passports
- Armenia — documents identifying a person and confirming citizenship
- Azerbaijan — documents identifying a person and confirming citizenship
- Belarus — documents identifying a person and confirming citizenship
- Bosnia and Herzegovina — diplomatic and service passports
- Brazil — diplomatic and service passports
- Bulgaria — diplomatic and service passports, sailor′s identity card (Ukraine), crew member identity card (Ukraine), sailor′s passport and passport for crew members (Bulgaria)
- Cambodia — diplomatic and official/service passports
- Chile — diplomatic, service and official passports
- China — diplomatic and service passports, national service passport (China), sailor′s passport, sailor′s identity card (Ukraine)
- Croatia — diplomatic and service passports, sailor′s passport, sailor′s identity card (Ukraine)
- Cuba — diplomatic, service and official passports (Cuba), sailor′s passport (Ukraine), crew member identity card (Ukraine), national foreign passport (Cuba), travel identity card (Cuba)
- Georgia — documents identifying a person and confirming citizenship
- Guinea — diplomatic and service passports
- Iran — diplomatic and service passports
- Israel — all types of passports
- Kazakhstan — documents identifying a person and confirming citizenship
- Kyrgyzstan — documents identifying a person and confirming citizenship
- Laos — diplomatic and official/service passports
- Mexico — diplomatic passports
- Moldova — documents identifying a person and confirming citizenship
- Mongolia — all types of passports
- Panama — diplomatic, service, consular and special passports
- Peru — diplomatic passports
- Romania — diplomatic and service passports
- Switzerland — diplomatic, service and special passports
- Tajikistan — documents identifying a person and confirming citizenship

- Turkmenistan — diplomatic and service passports

- Vietnam — diplomatic, service and seaman passports, sailor′s identity card (Ukraine)
Visa-free for up to 90 Days (Presidential Decree)
According to the decrees of the President of Ukraine, a visa-free regime of up to 90 days has also been established for citizens of the following countries (valid travel passport required):
- United States of America
- Austria
- Belgium
- Canada
- Cyprus
- Czech Republic
- Denmark
- Estonia
- Finland
- France
- Germany
- Greece
- Hungary
- Ireland
- Italy
- Japan
- Latvia
- Lithuania
- Luxembourg
- Malta
- Poland
- Portugal
- Principality of Andorra
- Principality of Liechtenstein
- Principality of Monaco
- Republic of Iceland

- The Holy See (Vatican City)
- The Netherlands
- The Swiss Confederation
- United Kingdom
Citizens of the above-mentioned countries do not need visas to enter Ukraine or transit through its territory for up to 90 days with a valid travel passport. Visas are still required for those entering Ukraine for employment, permanent residency, study, or any purpose involving a stay of more than 90 days.
